    • preschool teacher’s role

In my teaching philosophy, the relationship between teachers and children is equal and friendly. In the implementation of activities, I prefer child-led activities. Compared with teacher-led activities, it breaks the teacher centered tendency and enables children to explore and think in their own way, and stimulate their enthusiasm and initiative in learning. Therefore, as a kindergarten teacher, I will play the role of supporter, guide, collaborator and observer in the classroom. I think the role of teachers is not single, but should be changed among different roles. First, as a supporter, I will provide material and psychological support to children, create a suitable learning environment for children, encourage children to explore boldly and express their feelings. Compared with presenting new ideas directly, letting children use their existing knowledge to find and acquire new knowledge can make children full of confidence. Second, as a guide, I will guide children to develop in a healthy and good direction, but I will not completely let children obey orders. In the process of guidance, I think the most important thing is to let children explore and practice themselves. Third, as a partner, it is very suitable to appear in game activities. Taking the initiative to participate in activities as an equal can better understand the needs of children, listen to their voices, and establish a better relationship between teachers and children. Finally, as an observer, I will observe every aspect of every child and provide more appropriate help and education to children. I sincerely hope that the children can develop in an all-round and healthy way. My expectation is that the children will become more cheerful, confident and imaginative under my teaching.

    • child’s role as a learner

I think children's learning is not passive, but active in a certain environment. So in my teaching, children will play the role of explorers. In my philosophy, I believe that the game teaching mode is very consistent with the law of children's physical and mental development. The combination of games and teaching can not only promote children's mental health development, but also improve the efficiency and quality of teaching. As the recipients of knowledge, it is their nature that children like games. Therefore, letting children learn in entertainment can improve their enthusiasm and initiative in learning and promote their healthy growth. However, children have individual differences, so in order to promote the highest learning level of all children, I will give priority to game teaching, supplemented by structured learning activities. On the one hand, it can enable children to enrich their perceptual experience through the process of independent exploration. On the other hand, structured teaching can enable children to complete the activity goals I have carefully designed. They are designed according to the characteristics of children's age development, so they are very inclusive and can promote the development of all students.

    • special needs and diversity

Our world is a multicultural world. As a kindergarten teacher, my belief is to love all children without prejudice, including children with special needs, children with individual differences or children from different cultural backgrounds. In order to enable these children to receive better education in one classroom, I will integrate the concept of multiculturalism into their social education and cultivate their multicultural awareness. This is not only what teachers should do, but also what I will teach children to respect diversity and diversity. For example, for children with special needs, I will set appropriate goals for them according to their characteristics and make progress within their abilities. For children from different cultural backgrounds, I can use this element as an educational resource to try to introduce children to different countries, nationalities and cultural customs. Let all the children in my class live and study in a highly inclusive and warm environment.

    • curricular orientation

My curriculum orientation is based on the game teaching mode, so that children can learn in the game. The reason why I have such a specific belief is that in my childhood, I have very good memories of playing games. In the process of playing games, I can learn knowledge and have great emotional experience. The significance of game teaching is not only to promote children's all-round development, but also to make children's learning process very pleasant. As I said at the beginning, I will play the role of cooperator in game activities. The first goal to be achieved is to help children establish a correct view of games, experience and understand games from the perspective of children, and help children learn in games. The second goal is to set up scientific and reasonable game content, which is consistent with the child's personality and age characteristics, so as to better improve the child's interest in learning and stimulate the child's initiative. The third activity goal is to create a good game environment, which is very important and can better help children develop in an all-round way.

    • assessment methods

I use observation and portfolio assessment. I will observe the development of children's abilities in all aspects during play activities, and purposefully collect children's various performance materials into a portfolio, which will be reasonably analyzed and explained to reflect children's efforts and achievements in the process of learning and development, so as to help children develop better.

    • conflict management

In my class, I will set up an anger corner to deal with any possible behavior problems of children. I will choose the way of communication to help children cool their emotions. I will ask my child why he/she did this and guide him/her to establish a correct concept. If such a situation occurs in class, I will ask my teaching assistant to help bring the child to the angry corner to cool his/her mood, and then come back to class when he realizes his mistakes. If the behavior problem is serious, I will also communicate with the parents and use co-education to help the children develop better.

    • family inclusion

I attach great importance to parent-kindergarten cooperative education. This way can let me know and master the development of children in time, and enable parents to cooperate with the kindergarten more scientifically. There are three main ways for me. One is to give parents feedback about their children through the home contact book. The other is to have a more targeted discussion on how to make your children develop better through a separate conversation or home visit after school. The last one is the parents' open day and parents' meeting, which allow parents to personally participate in children's learning and life, and provide parents with a more scientific way of parenting.

    • summary

In a word, I think the growth and development of children in kindergarten will greatly help and affect their future. I will use the professional knowledge I have learned and the professional ability I have accumulated in practice to create a healthy and appropriate growth environment for children and help them develop more comprehensively.
